very happy with my new pioneer water tank its so much better than the plastic ones we had i like the ladder and hatch set up glad we chose the colour wallaby it looks good with the bush background.service was great and they always answered any questions I had :-)

Had an old tank removed and a new Pioneer Tank installed by Pioneer Water Tanks Margaret River. A fantastic company to deal with ... very professional in removing the old tank and the ultimate professionals in installing the new tank.I have no hesitation in recommending them if you have a need for a new watertank!!

Their organisation, their willingness in answering my questions/query, their excellent service and workmanship, well I can say nothing less than they were outstanding. I've a great tank 28,416 gallons in all my new Pioneer Tank holds. It quite frankly is one of the better decisions I have ever made.

We recently had a Pioneer water tank installed at our property in Margaret River and I cannot recommend them more highly. Kristina and Luke were an absolutle pleasure to deal with and were very accomodating with out changing installation date. The whole process was made very easy and enjoyable.

I rang up to get some basic information of how to go about the whole business of collecting roof water in a tank. I rang the Bellevue site and spoke to Nigel in Sales. I had expected a brief chat ( as they say time is money for selling) so I suppose my expectations were pretty low in some ways ( maybe just past experience in cold calling a company to find out general info without the promise of purchasing their product?). Anyway, I couldn't have been more mistaken about this company. NIgel took the time and effort to take me through all the requirements and options of setting up the system I was after and I finished the conversation feeling quite confident. He was quite direct about what services they provided and what other services I would need to source for myself - but gave me some handy tips for how to go about doing that so I didn't feel at all as though I was being left in mid air to try and join the dots about how to make sure the whole system would be completed. He also gave me some excellent information regarding household tips once I had moved over to rain water which I've never had the experience of before - so he pointed out some of the slight differences between using mains and tank water - incredibly helpful. I couldn't have asked for more and absolutely no hard selling whatsoever but an offer to send me more info if I wanted. Very rare to find this kind of customer service these days. Getting our 250000 litre tank installed was really straightforward. The installation day was set in advance and the installers arrived and erected the tank on that day. All communications where very pleasant and the entire process extremely efficient. Given the experience I wouldn't risk choosing a different company if we ever have to install another tank.

Very high-quality tanks. The design has improved considerably in the 15 years since I bought my first tank (and that one is still going strong). Like better liner, rainwater harvesting from own roof and bushfire resistance. They are a nice crew to deal with too.
